團隊基於對在地文化的尊重與當代美學的融合，從永和巷弄的錯綜紋理出發，以「大屋蓋」的概念形塑家的歸屬感，透過層層遞進的動線設計，營造豐富的空間過場與流動體驗。利用高聳屋頂與留白，強化場域的開放性與親和力，展現整體的溫度與秩序。開放式規劃使建築超越傳統接待中心，不僅服務客戶，也能達到社區共享，為城市注入更具包容與公共性的空間。



Building on deep respect for local culture and the integration of contemporary aesthetics, the team drew inspiration from the intricate textures of Yonghe’s narrow alleyways to shape a feeling of belonging under the concept of a “grand roof.” Through a layered, progressive circulation design, they created a rich spatial procession and fluid transition experience. Tall ceilings and thoughtful blank spaces strengthen the openness and welcoming atmosphere of the environment, showcasing an overall sense of warmth and order. The open‑plan design elevates the building beyond a traditional reception center—it serves clients while also enabling community sharing, injecting a more inclusive and public‑minded space into the city.

此案採聚落式設計，以黑、白、木色為基調，透過異材質與體量錯落，營造現代且溫潤的建築語彙。入口燈光借鏡美術館，以吊燈與木質面板反射，形塑柔和光影層次。

This project adopts a village-style design, using black, white, and wood tones as its base palette. By layering different materials and volumes, it creates a modern yet warm architectural language. The entrance lighting takes inspiration from art museums, employing chandeliers and wood-panel reflections to shape soft, layered light and shadow.

斜板屋頂無縫延展，搭配吧台天井的弧形開光，使空間更顯輕盈流動。天花板無坎燈，改以大型燈籠柔化光線，水波光影映照其上，隨日光變化而流動，增添靜謐詩意。

This design features a seamless sloped roof that elegantly extends across the space, complemented by an arced skylight above the bar area, enhancing the sense of lightness and fluidity. Instead of recessed lighting, the ceiling is illuminated by large lantern-like fixtures that diffuse the light softly. Their glow, mirroring rippling water patterns, dances across the surface as daylight shifts, adding a serene and poetic ambiance to the environment.

水道串聯街道，強化社區連結。大屋頂經精細設計，兼具遮陽與通風機能，營造宜人微氣候，使建築成為舒適且具人文溫度的生活場域。

“Water channels weave through the streets, strengthening community connections. The expansive roof, meticulously designed, offers both sun shading and ventilation functions, creating a pleasant microclimate. This thoughtful architecture transforms the building into a comfortable living space infused with human warmth and cultural resonance.”
